Rental Fee

Lessee (American Legion member) shall pay Lessor as a “Rental Fee” for use by Lessee of the Facility, $50.00 per hour up to 4 hours. If the event is more than 4 hours an additional fee of $25.00/hour will be charged. Lessee (non-member of The American Legion) shall pay Lessor as a “Rental Fee” for use by Lessee of the Facility, $50.00 per hour up to 4 hours. If the event is more than 4 hours an additional fee of $30.00/hour will be charged. Lessee will be charged $25.00/hour if a bartender is requested. Lessee shall pay a non-refundable deposit/cleaning fee of $100.00 at the time of booking. You may view the full rental agreement here.
